With the use of messaging, photos, links, influencers, engagement statistics, followers, shares, comments, likes, aesthetics, the opportunities are endless. Businesses can encourage their audience to engage in transactions and manage relationships with customers at a low cost, furthermore enhancing the return on equity. People spend hours of their time on social media everyday, therefore brands must go where the people go.

  1. It is true nowadays that Social media has become an extensive mechanism used by the businesses to reach their potential customers broadly at fraction of cost. Social media has also introduced the people who have never thought of getting into business world, want to become one because it provides easily accessible to reach consumers without having an office, overhead cost, or employees. People can just sit at home and still can make money through selling goods or services to their consumers locally and worldwide. I have a friend whose her son is playing music. He recorded it and sold it in you tube which he earned enough money to pay for his meal when he got out with his friends. With Social media, the opportunities to make money are undeniable.

  2. I agree with your opinion. Because I spend a lot of time in social media, I often see lots of product advertisements and product referrals by influencers. If the influencer is someone I'm interested in, I definitely want to try the product the influencer is advertising. I thought that today's business is using people's emotions very well.
